Generic health searches
A generic search term is sent through this site to the U.S. National Library of Medicine's MedlinePlus, MedGen, and PubMed services. It may appear in request URLs, hosting logs, or a short public-response cache. Never include a name, birth date, address, record number, contact detail, or personal story.
Redacted document review
PDF, DOCX, text-file, and image review runs entirely in your browser. English OCR is downloaded as a site asset, checks image orientation, and runs locally. The selected file and extracted text are not uploaded to Care Navigator, an AI service, an insurer, or app storage. If a medicine name is identified, you must confirm it on screen before that name—not the file—is sent through this site to FDA/NLM label services. Refresh clears the browser-memory result. Remove identifiers before choosing a file.
Coverage and cost tools
A ZIP code entered in provider search reaches this site's API route; Cigna searches send it to Cigna's public directory, while other carriers return an official plan-aware directory link. Medication names are sent to RxNorm, CMS, and Medicaid data services for live benchmarks. Query values can appear in hosting logs or short public-response caches. Quote amounts remain only in browser memory and are not submitted. Do not enter member IDs or health details.

Official-source links open third-party websites. Their privacy practices apply once you leave Care Navigator. Insurer member portals may require authentication and handle data under their own policies.
